My teeth suffered tremendously during each of my three pregnancies. Twelve years ago, after my last child was born, I had all of my back teeth removed. After that experience, I was absolutely terrified of the dentist. I lived for years unable to smile without covering my mouth and eating only with my front teeth. Then, as the enamel was breaking off my remaining teeth, I happened to notice an ad for Dental Excellence of Napoleon and mustered up enough nerve to call. When I explained my situation, the voice on the other end of the phone was so kind and understanding that I decided to make an appointment to see Dr. Carpenter. It turned out to be the best phone call I ever made.

I remember walking into a very welcoming atmosphere. All of the staff gave me big smiles. They were not judgmental at all; only trying to make sure I was 'doing okay'. When I sat down in the chair, I was so embarrassed to open my mouth. Dr. Carpenter and I discussed, reviewed and finalized a plan for my teeth - including the cost. There were no surprises.

Dr. Carpenter and his staff were so caring and understanding throughout the whole process. I never felt any pain! On the days when I had significant work done, Dr. Carpenter would call that evening to check on me. That is a dentist who cares about his patients!

Finally, when all of my work was done, I felt like a new person! It was truly a new beginning for me. I put my trust in you, Dr. Carpenter, and you never let me down. Now, when I stop by for a cleaning, I don't feel like I'm visiting the dentist - it's like seeing old friends. Dr. Carpenter and his staff are absolutely wonderful! They changed my life and I will always be grateful to them.

I had dentures for some time and they were getting so I had to use adhesives to keep them in for eating. They were so loose. I had a conference with Dr. Carpenter on implants. He explained the plans for them and I took home pamphlets to read and plans for paying.

The process started. I had impressions, photographs, final impressions and then the fun began. I got new dentures and they are wonderful. I can eat without them slipping up and down. And a good smile, too!

The benefits from the implants are great. Dr. Carpenter and his staff were just awesome and they will work with you to the end.

I was getting a new crown on a front tooth and asked about the possibility of in-office whitening before I got my new "white" crown. I was told about the new deep bleaching method. It sounded interesting and was well explained to me as far as costs and the number of treatments involved, so I decided to try it and have been very satisfied with the results. After the first visit I could already tell the difference in the color of my teeth. I had very little sensitivity during the whole procedure, which I was told could be a problem. All obstacles were explained to me and I knew what to expect during each session. This procedure is so easy and produces excellent results. I would recommend it to anyone who feels their smile needs improvement. Very little discomfort, very little effort involved - great results!

I suffered for many years of anxiety and fear going to the dentist. I went to see Dr. Carpenter at Dental Excellence of Napoleon. I was greeted by a professional and friendly staff in a bright and cheerful atmosphere. I met Dr. Carpenter, who is honest and multitalented. I needed to go through four long procedures. Dr. Carpenter explained sedation dentistry, so I tried it. I found the solution! I awoke calm, pain free, and remembering nothing. I went ahead and had the three other procedures, all with the same results. I would never do it any another way again.
